Michael John Langley has a mechanical engineering background in the aerospace industry with over 20 years service at Rolls –Royce Aerospace, being apprentice trained at Rolls –Royce Michael finished his career with the company in final view inspection with a vast experience in JES 125, Critical Parts and ISO quality controls.
After a further three years of fulltime education in business studies Michael returned to the aerospace industry as Chief Inspector of Sermatech (International Inc). This period introduced him to AS/EN9100 Rev A system auditing, Brown & Sharpe Quindos CMM programming and becoming a Designated Supplier Quality Representative (D.S.Q.R.) to Alstom Power Plc giving Michael vast experience in dealing directly with specialised customer requirements and developing strong customer relationships with the company.
Michael decided to leave the aerospace industry in 2004 and pursue his own marketing ambitions and formed two successful consortiums to purchase and operate holiday resorts in the Algarve Portugal. It was during this period that Michael was introduced to Iulian and his team where the objectives of KOGNYA and the expansion into the UK were developed.
